Due to the support from my clients, my wife is able to volunteer full-time as the Executive Director for Packs of Hope, a non-profit that provides a backpack filled with supplies to children transitioning into the foster care system.

In order to continue providing you with excellent service, Cindy and Travis have partnered together. Cindy owns and manages The Home Source Group, a full-service Residential Real Estate Brokerage located in Arvada.
Cindy was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, and relocated to Denver in 1976. In 1980, Cindy opened Colfax Video, one of the first video stores in Denver. She managed and operated the store and opened a second store as video became more popular. Looking for a change from retail, Cindy took a Customer Service position at Shafer Commercial Seating for over 10 years before joining her husband in his real estate business. Cindy worked with Frontier Better Homes and Gardens, Frontier GMAC, and Coldwell Banker until 1999 when they opened Home Source Realty, Inc. After Cindy’s husband left real estate in 2007, Cindy opened the Home Source Group.

Kristi Schmachtenberger

Kristi has been working with the Beck & Associates team for over 13 years! Prior to becoming an Independent Transaction Coordinator, Kristi was our assistant.
Kristi’s role is to ensure each transaction is a smooth one. She manages the paperwork, coordinates appointments, and makes sure all contractual deadlines are met.
Kristi and her husband, Mark, have two beautiful daughters and they enjoy spending time together as a family in our beautiful state of Colorado.
