There are more than fifty tasks, objectives, and deliverables involved in selling a home!
Our team will manage ALL of those tasks allowing you to focus on your day-to-day obligations.

1 – Consultation

We begin by connecting with you – ideally in person, and at your home. We consult with you about your needs: why you are moving; when you are aiming to close on the sale; what you are looking for in a real estate agent. We listen to you and learn about your situation and your expectations.

2 – Pricing

Together we will review the competitive market analysis of your home and the neighborhood. As a local agent, Travis knows the Denver Metro real estate market well and has a clear understanding of current market conditions.

3 – Home Prep Guidance

Travis will advise you on possible work that your home may require before going on the market. Typically, this might include painting, minor home repairs, decluttering, and stagging. The scope of work is different for each property, as is each seller’s budget. We will guide and assist you in creating a plan so that you can hire experienced professionals to complete the work you decide to do. This prep work is crucial for the sale of your home.

4 – Listing Your Property

After you have met with Travis and discussed all the fine details, now comes the fun part – getting your home listed!

We will schedule for a professional photographer to come out and take photos. No need to worry, we cover this expense. Also, we will work with you to set a schedule of when you will allow showings of your home. We use a great program to schedule showings, and we will explain that program to you.

After we have your professional photos in, we will complete your listing on the Denver Metro Multiple Listing Service (MLS), called RE Colorado. This MLS has thousands of local realtors and is synced with all the major home searching apps so that realtors and potential buyers can see your home. Your home will also be shared on our Facebook page!

We are fully engaged in the sales process on your behalf, allowing you to focus on your day-to-day responsibilities. We connect with interested parties and their agents to present your property in a personable and professional manner.

5 – Negotiation, Advice, & Counsel

We will field all offers, review them with you, and advise you on how to negotiate the best terms. As an agent with over 23 years of experience, Travis has consistently helped sellers achieve outstanding results.

Price isn’t the only negotiating we do! Once we accept an offer, the buyer will complete a home inspection and may ask for you to make a few repairs to the home. With Travis’ strong negotiating skills, we will help you and the buyer come to terms that you both agree to.

6 – Closing

The day before or the morning of closing, the buyer and their agent will meet at your home to do a final walkthrough to ensure everything is in the condition they first saw it in and previously requested repairs are completed.

Then Travis will meet you at the title company for the closing documents. We are there to help you understand each document and answer any questions you may have.
