The latest Denver Metro housing market statistics from REcolorado show sales remained strong throughout October, with home sales increasing 9% year over year. Prices were 3% higher than last year at this time, with the average sold price increasing slightly from the summer peak to $530,967 in October.
As compared to this time last year, we saw a steady number of homes come on the market. The measure for new listings was up 1%, giving buyers a few more options. This October, homes spent 7 days fewer on the market compared to the same period last year
