The latest Denver Metro housing market statistics from REcolorado show that despite seasonal cooling, sales remained level compared to last year. Home prices were 6% higher than last year at this time, with the average sold price slightly lower than the summer peak, at $486,747 in November. As compared to this last year, we saw fewer homes hit the market.
